- Champion human-centered design principles across all strategic initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to align corporate vision with 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and innovation ROI
- Lead cross-functional task forces in rapid prototyping of future business models
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology certification
- Experience leading teams through complex organizational transformation
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting 2026
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
