This role blends foresight analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, demographic shifts, and disruptive innovations to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop actionable 5-year strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce compelling foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Advose on ethical implications of disruptive technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data synthesis, scenario modeling, and storytelling abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
