Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 tech innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch futuristic solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4.0, quantum AI, neural interfaces) for commercial viability and strategic integration
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to drive collaborative R&D
- Monitor global tech disruptions and geopolitical shifts to identify opportunities and threats
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping for futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism with proven C-suite influence
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology, or Web4.0
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformation projects
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight required
- Exceptional data analysis skills with ability to translate complex tech trends into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic solutions (minimum 3 case studies)
