Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2026-era tech stacks (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, decentralized networks)
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for climate, healthcare, and space exploration
- Translate theoretical physics papers into production-ready quantum algorithms
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AGI development
- Collaborate with futurists to define 5-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners
- Pioneer carbon-negative data center designs using quantum-resistant materials
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field OR 8+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum applications or AI ethics
- Expertise in at least three 2026-relevant domains: quantum ML, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record scaling teams from prototype to production in <12 months
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq) and neuromorphic frameworks (Loihi, Speck)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant innovations (quantum simulations, AGI safety systems)
