Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen quantum algorithms and autonomous AI systems
- Architect scalable infrastructure supporting 10M+ concurrent IoT devices
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI decision-making transparency
- Mentor engineers in emerging tech stack (Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Collaborate with NASA and academic partners on space-tech integration
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary quantum encryption protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or equivalent experience
- 5+ years leading AI/quantum engineering teams at FAANG or NASA
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and quantum circuit design
- Certified in blockchain architecture (Hyperledger/Corda)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
- Portfolio of deployed ethical AI systems with >99% accuracy
