- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present strategic technology forecasts and secure buy-in
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-proof architecture and ethical AI implementation
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions

Qualifications
- 12+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technology adoption
