Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and publish strategic foresight reports
- Design 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, energy, and mobility
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof technology adoption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and advanced AI deployment
- Present future scenarios at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Build and lead a network of futurist thought leaders across Silicon Valley and beyond
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, quantum algorithms)
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (whitepapers, patents, or keynote presentations)
- MSc/PhD in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech implementations
