As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop roadmaps that leverage 2026's technological inflection points. You'll spearhead initiatives in sustainable tech, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized systems while ensuring ethical implementation and competitive advantage. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, anticipates paradigm shifts, and translates futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps identifying key inflection points in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including AR/VR ecosystems and autonomous systems
- Analyze emerging market trends and geopolitical impacts on technology adoption through 2030
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying advanced AI and neuro-technologies in regulated industries
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish innovation partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior futurists and conduct technology foresight workshops across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neuro-interfaces
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification from a recognized institution
- Track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in technology foresight (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
