Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technology trends, particularly in AI, quantum computing, and biotech, for the next 5-10 years.
- Develop and implement a strategic technology roadmap aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate futuristic technologies into our product portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with leading academic institutions, research labs, and technology startups.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the board of directors.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and validate emerging technologies.
- Stay current with scientific journals, industry reports, and global tech events.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and driving their adoption.
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and other frontier technologies.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects.
- Strong network within the global technology and research communities.
