Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying disruptive trends in quantum computing, biotech, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global tech conglomerates
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Horizon Fellowship program
- Author industry whitepapers on 2026 technology paradigms
- Oversee implementation of ethical frameworks for advanced autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futurology, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech innovation launches
