Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum AI) for commercial viability
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate futuristic startup investments
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and hyper-personalized AI
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Published research or patents in predictive technology modeling
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong presentation skills to technical and non-technical stakeholders
