This role blends deep technical expertise with futurist foresight to shape our product roadmap and guide cross-functional teams through complex technological transitions.
As a key member of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech specialists to develop frameworks that bridge today's capabilities with tomorrow's possibilities. You'll lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of Web3, sustainable tech, and human-machine augmentation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon) to inform product development roadmaps
- Architect strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing, AR/VR, and AI into enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic concepts and validating market readiness
- Develop ethical guidelines for deploying breakthrough technologies in regulated industries
- Present futurist insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders at industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into scalable commercial applications
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Exceptional presentation skills for communicating complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from foresight organizations like APF)
