Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate 2026-era consumer and enterprise solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, IEEE, and frontier research institutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface technologies
- Translate complex scientific concepts into compelling product narratives for C-suite audiences
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive and accessibility-first technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in systems thinking and exponential technology adoption curves
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on future technology paradigms
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation grants from government/private foundations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Ethical AI Governance (e.g., IEEE 7000) or equivalent
