Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Present compelling tech roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Author industry thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global tech summits
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Futurology
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible outcomes from future-tech initiatives
