Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven 10-year horizon planning experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technology forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech domains
- Portfolio of 3+ scaled tech ventures launched from concept to $100M+ valuation
- PhD in Computational Futures or equivalent from top-tier institution
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) or equivalent government tech advisory role
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
