Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of enterprise-level systems, focusing on scalability, security, and high availability.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and C-suite executives, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the migration and integration of legacy systems into modern cloud-native architectures.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment automation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
