Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the vision and execution of our technology strategy, specifically focusing on the convergence of Generative AI and Spatial Computing for the 2026 market launch.
- Architect Immersive Solutions: Design scalable architecture for AR/VR environments, ensuring seamless integration of real-time AI models into spatial interfaces.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of AI researchers, software engineers, and UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify Emerging Technologies: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging trends in quantum computing and neural interfaces to stay ahead of the competition.
- Drive User-Centric Innovation: Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly spatial experiences.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious technical initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Spatial Computing.
- Education: Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion), Computer Vision, and WebXR standards.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to articulate a clear, compelling vision for the future of technology and translate it into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
