Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 Horizon initiative, aligning R&D with business goals.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Lead the design and implementation of hybrid systems that leverage quantum computing power for AI optimization.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performance team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal hackathons and innovation sprints to foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
