Qualifications
- 10+ years in project management with 5+ years in tech/innovation roles
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year initiatives
- Expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
