Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory shifts to inform strategic positioning
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption impact
- Present vision to investors, partners, and industry boards at global summits
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level strategic roles
- Proven track record of launching products that defined post-2020 market shifts
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar high-impact journals
- Experience securing $50M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D pipelines
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
