Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market transformations
- Lead development of prototype systems using quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 5-year commercial viability
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business strategy) for rapid prototyping
- Develop sustainable innovation frameworks aligned with ESG principles and future workforce needs
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching transformative products with 5+ year impact cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of future-of-work trends and workforce evolution post-2025
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in agile development environments
