Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era product roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design scalable prototypes for emerging technologies with 5-year commercial viability
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with exponential growth potential
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Manage $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products with exponential impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals (2019-2023)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of exponential technology adoption curves
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA funding processes
