Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Architect human-centric interfaces for next-generation neuro-digital ecosystems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Design sustainable implementation frameworks for climate-positive tech adoption
- Collaborate with policy advisors to shape ethical governance frameworks for emerging tech
- Present strategic innovations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with quantum/neurotech exposure
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation ecosystem designs
