Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological trajectories for 2026-2030 across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and ethical tech governance
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and nurture disruptive startups
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Author white papers on emerging tech societal impacts and mitigation strategies
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit featuring thought leaders and futurists
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futurism, Systems Theory, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published forecasts or implemented future-proof solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology curves and Moore's Law 2.0
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation roadmaps
