Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends through 2026
- Develop and maintain future scenario models to identify disruption opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with strategic foresight
- Deliver executive briefings on future market dynamics and competitive positioning
- Design and implement cross-functional innovation frameworks
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight platforms
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-ready innovation projects
