Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead ideation sessions for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration projects
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and build cross-functional innovation networks
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess technical feasibility and market viability
- Experience with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
