Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and MVPs for next-generation solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats in the 2026 technology landscape
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure innovation ROI and strategic impact
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-stakes initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology management
- Proven track record of launching products/services targeting 2025+ market windows
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or technology foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful scaling of innovative concepts to market leadership
