- Present innovation strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product leadership with proven 2020s initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or bio-digital convergence
- Track record scaling products from concept to market in <18 months
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published thought leadership on technology forecasting (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ time zones
