- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Mentor senior engineers and scientists in futuristic technology adoption
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Measure innovation KPIs and present quarterly progress to the board
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Fluency in future-gazing methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
