Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/Scale-up experience
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps with 90%+ execution success
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or bio-convergence
- Strong financial acumen: budget management >$3M and ROI analysis for R&D initiatives
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier-1 journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
