Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026-era technology roadmaps with focus on quantum computing integration
- Coordinate with global R&D teams to prototype next-gen IoT and biometric systems
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product lifecycle management
- Present strategic innovation blueprints to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech frameworks and ethical AI deployment
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Monitor horizon scanning reports to identify disruptive market opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with portfolio of commercialized future-tech products
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven ability to secure government innovation grants (SBIR, NSF, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal within past 3 years
- Experience scaling agile teams across 3+ international development hubs
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging hardware development kits
