Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven 5-year horizon planning
- Expertise in quantum computing or advanced AI systems
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier journals preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
