Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven solutions and immersive experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business strategy
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Develop patentable intellectual property through rapid experimentation cycles
- Present findings to stakeholders via compelling data visualizations and strategic narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product development with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing innovation labs or R&D teams with $1M+ budgets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and cross-functional collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation projects with tangible outcomes
