- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling innovation proposals
- Establish industry-first frameworks for AI governance and ethical deployment
- Present at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our FutureForward incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with proven 2020s-era disruption track record
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
- Experience scaling innovation from lab to market (min. 3 successful exits)
- Security clearance for government-contract R&D projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnership expansion
- Portfolio showcasing 2026-relevant patents or open-source contributions
