Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ at director level
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures methodology (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong publication record in IEEE/Nature journals
