Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 technological inflection points

- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and ROI on futuristic solutions
- Present strategic briefings to board members and industry consortiums
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI optimization
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or CTO/VP level tech leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year market foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Harvard/MIT/Stanford or equivalent tier institution graduate preferred
- Published thought leadership in journals like MIT Tech Review or Nature Futures
- Fluency in scenario planning and exponential technology forecasting
- Patent portfolio or significant IP development experience
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
