- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets with agile resource allocation methodologies
- Drive patent strategy and IP protection for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to market launch
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing architectures, or sustainable tech
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF) or venture fundraising
- Strong background in product lifecycle management for emerging tech
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Published research or patents in technology innovation fields
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
