Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 technology horizons
- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum, and sustainable tech convergence
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business growth targets
- Drive patent development and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor multidisciplinary teams of engineers and researchers
- Present technology forecasts to industry and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record delivering 3+ commercialized emerging tech solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech
- Executive-level stakeholder management across global teams
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Strong background in technology ethics and responsible innovation
