Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on exponential technologies
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in 2026+ ecosystems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and investment committees
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through venture incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/MS/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology trends
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management
