Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Translate theoretical models into scalable commercial applications
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying AI/quantum computing solutions at scale
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals post-2020
- Expertise in neuromorphic computing and biologically-inspired algorithms
- Strong background in technology ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Certified in quantum machine learning (AWS/Qiskit or equivalent)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
