Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with emerging trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation talent in future-focused methodologies
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling abilities
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in relevant STEM field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published thought leadership in future technology or innovation strategy
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
