Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, focusing on quantum-AI convergence and ethical frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, biotech, robotics) to develop patent-pending solutions for 2026 market needs
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich for cutting-edge R&D
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product lifecycles
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board with data-driven impact analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI ethics
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global collaboration
