Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching 3-5 breakthrough products/services by 2026
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget and manage resource allocation
- Present quarterly progress to C-suite board and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation fellows and build next-gen talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in technology, engineering, or future studies preferred
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience managing $1M+ budgets and cross-continental teams
- Security clearance eligibility for federal partnership projects
