Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy aligned with market disruptions and technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in conceptualizing next-gen products/services using AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats in 2026+ landscapes
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with rigorous feasibility analysis and ROI modeling
- Champion agile experimentation methodologies, including rapid prototyping and A/B testing
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor talent in future-focused skills and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology with specialization in innovation
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile Scrum, or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-disciplinary teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with quantifiable results
