- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab across 4 global hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic futures planning
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neuromorphic systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least 2 programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
