Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Develop intellectual property portfolios for next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D or innovation leadership with tech scaling experience
- Proven track record of launching products 3-5 years ahead of market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology trends
- Portfolio of patented innovations or breakthrough projects
