Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in emerging technologies leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms or AI ethics frameworks

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- Published research in Nature/Science on future-tech applications
- Experience with decentralized governance models and Web3 infrastructure
- Deep understanding of climate-tech policy and sustainable innovation metrics
- Certification in Future Systems Architecture (FSA) preferred
