Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing integration, AI-human collaboration frameworks, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-generation user experiences
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and technological adoption curves for 2026 market readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and investment committees
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems, or climate-tech
- Track record of launching products that defined new market categories
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technological landscape and socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
