Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or product development with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD in Engineering, or equivalent)
