Responsibilities

- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation lab with agile methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product development with 5+ in leadership
- Proven track record scaling successful R&D initiatives to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and ROI analysis
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
